    HOW TO UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP

    Once you finalize one deal with us, whatever amount it is, your membership will be upgraded to Valuable Member automatically and free. 

    Once you finalize five deals with us within the past 12 months, whatever amount they are, your membership will be upgraded to Premium Member automatically and free. 


    WHY DO YOU ASK FOR SAMPLING CHARGE

    Many of our buyers request samples each time when we present a new order. we ask for a minimum sampling fee  only to ensure that prospective enquiries for our products are of genuine interest. In addition, the full sampling fee will be refunded when you close the deal with us or return the samples to us within the specified time. 

    We accept the following payment methods for sampling charge: T/T, Western Union and Paypal, so as to help you minimize any banking charges on the transaction.


    CAN YOU REFUND THE SAMPLE FEE TO US IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED


    Absolutely. We'll refund the sampling charge to you within three working days upon receipt of the samples if you could return the samples to us within 20 days with shipping charge on your account.



    ARE YOUR Order OF GOOD QUALITY

    We will always recommend that our buyers visit the warehouse personally for pre-shipment inspections. Should you nominate a third-party organization to oversee the inspection, it's always welcome and we will gladly make the required arrangements for the process.



    WHAT WILL BE YOUR PAYMENT TERM

    We usually accept T/T as the payment platform since we are dealing with ready-made goods and the delivery time will be as short as 7 days.

    All the prices listed on our website or quotation sheets are all based on this payment term. 99% of all deals have been finalized based on this payment term.

    Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight might be acceptable upon discussion. We will confirm from which country and from which bank the L/C will be opened. This is critical, since consecutive recessions after the Global Financial Crisis have threatened the validity of L/C issued by various banks in countries experiencing banking crises and/or significant sovereign risk.



    WHY SHALL WE PAY 20% DEPOSIT EVEN BEFORE WE INSPECT THE CARGO

    All stocklots are initially stored in the warehouses of our partner factories. JackeTown is acting as a sourcing service provider within the transaction. We ask for a 20% deposit payment before inspection only to ensure that JackeTown will be involved at all stages of the transaction, so as to protect the benefits of all parties. We think this will be fully understood by our buyers.


    CAN YOU REFUND THE DEPOSIT IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CARGO QUALITY

    The samples we have sent to our buyers are randomly selected from the order. Thus, what we can guarantee is that the quality of the order is completely the same as the samples approved, otherwise we will guarantee a refund for the deposit payment.
